Booking Terms & Conditions

By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the following terms:

Booking & Payment
• A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation and payment of a 50% non-refundable deposit.• The remaining balance must be paid no later than the wedding day, unless agreed otherwise.

Services
• Services include bridal makeup and/or hairstyling as agreed in advance.
• Date, time and location are confirmed individually for each booking.
• Any additional services (e.g. styling for guests) must be requested in advance and are charged separately.

Cancellations
• In case of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If the service provider cancels the booking, all payments made will be fully refunded.

Client Responsibilities
• The client must provide accurate details regarding location, timing and contact information.
• Any allergies, skin sensitivities or special requirements must be communicated in advance.

Liability
• The service provider is not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond her control.
• The service provider is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or medical conditions.

Applicable Law
• All services are provided in accordance with Belgian law.
